As a teacher and a former Great British Bake Off winner, my mission is to inspire and empower people to embrace the joy of baking. I understand how intimidating it can feel, and how overwhelming some recipes can be. That’s why I keep my courses small, with plenty of opportunities for questions, clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and—most importantly—bakes that are sure to delight your taste buds! Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned baker, I’m here to help you build confidence in the kitchen and create something truly delicious.
