
Protein Pancake
A delicious pre/post workout snack that will give you a hit of protein without compromising on flavour! These protein pancakes are deliciously fluffy!
Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
2 scoop protein
1 ½ tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
150g Greek yoghurt
100ml milk

Method
- Place flour, protein powder and baking powder into a bowl and combine with a whisk.
- Add the yoghurt, eggs and whisk to combine before adding the milk and incorporating fully.
- Heat a large pan and place a large spoon of batter into the centre. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on each side.
- Serve 2-3 pancakes per portion with a spoon full of Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and a few fresh berries.
