Rocky Road Recipe
This is without doubt one of the simplest sweet treats to put together, but that does not take away from how undeniably delicious it is! This rocky road is packed with flavour, texture and delicious ingredients that pop with each bite.
Ingredients
- 150g biscuits (try my shortbreads!)
- 75g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g golden syrup
- 75g mini marshmallow
- 75g honeycomb (try my recipe!)
- 75g dried cranberries
- 75g roughly chopped nuts (optional)

Method
Grease and line an 8” square baking tin and set aside.
Place the butter, chocolate and golden syrup into a bowl and heat over a pan of just simmering water until melted.
Roughly bash the biscuits and break the honeycomb into pieces then add into the chocolate alongside the marshmallows, cranberries and roughly chopped nuts.
Fold the ingredients together until fully combined and then pour into the lined tin. Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours before cutting into pieces and packaging ready to eat
